Help: contact channels and what to expect
Where to reach Tomebuy directly, what response times its own pages state, and which channel fits which kind of problem.
Contact channels
Email: [email protected]. Tomebuy's own Contact Us page states a reply within 24 hours on business days.
Live chat: the Crisp chat widget in the corner of every tomebuy.com page, available during business hours.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, per Tomebuy's own published schedule.
Complaint form: a dedicated form at tomebuy.com's own /complaint.html path, separate from general email support.

Which channel fits which problem
- An order-specific question (wrong item, missing QC photos, a stalled status): use the Contact button on the Orders page itself, so the message reaches the staff member handling that order.
- A policy question (which storage length applies, how a fee is calculated): email support, since this is less time-sensitive and the answer should be consistent regardless of who responds.
- A suspected counterfeit item: Tomebuy's Anti-counterfeiting Policy names a dedicated reporting channel through the same [email protected] address; do not use the general complaint form for this, since counterfeit reports are handled under a separate policy.
- Something urgent before a deadline (a storage clock about to expire, a parcel that needs splitting before submission): live chat during business hours is faster than email.

What a reasonable response looks like
Tomebuy's own stated 24-hour reply window applies to business days, so a message sent Friday evening realistically gets answered Monday, not over the weekend. For anything genuinely time-sensitive, chat during business hours still beats email even with that window, simply because a live agent can see your account state directly rather than asking you to describe it first.
The complaint form at /complaint.html is separate from both of those channels and reads as built for a formal dispute rather than a quick question: it is the right tool once an email exchange has not resolved something, not the first step for an ordinary order query.
Before you write in
Three things worth having ready, which cut a lot of back-and-forth out of any support exchange: the order ID (the OG number), the exact status word currently showing in your account, and, if it is a QC or inspection question, which of the free-photo counts you were expecting versus how many actually arrived. Tomebuy's support staff work from the same account pages you do, so quoting the status word exactly, rather than describing it in your own words, gets to the right answer faster.
