Is Tomebuy the same as tomebuy.org?
No. tomebuy.org is this independent reference. Orders, accounts and payments all happen on tomebuy.com, which is operated by WOCHEE Global Trading Co., Limited.
Why does the sign-in page show a security check instead of a form?
Tomebuy's login page runs a Cloudflare check against automated browsers. A person using an ordinary browser gets past it and reaches the normal sign-in and registration form; there is no separate registration address to try instead.
Which platforms can Tomebuy buy from directly?
Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian, by link, keyword search or image search. Anything else goes through the DIY Orders form, which Tomebuy treats as a sourcing request rather than a guaranteed match.
How many free QC photos do I actually get?
Tomebuy's own pages disagree: 3 to 5 on the homepage, Tutorial and first-page FAQ, 5 to 7 on the Shopping Agent Guide. Extra angles beyond either count are purchasable from the Orders page.
How long is free storage?
Also disputed inside Tomebuy's own documentation: 60 days on several pages, 90 on the dedicated Storage policy page, 180 on the Order Questions help article. See Storage and returns for all three, sourced, and the Tools page for a calculator that checks your own deadline against each one.
Does Tomebuy charge a service fee?
Tomebuy states plainly that it adds no handling fee of its own. What you still pay: the item, China-side delivery to the warehouse, the freight once a parcel ships, and roughly 8 yuan in customs declaration.
What happens if I want to return something with no quality problem?
Tomebuy's Returns and Refunds agreement gives five days after an item is stocked in the warehouse. You pay shipping both ways plus a flat 0.75 US dollar service fee.
Does Tomebuy publish real shipping-line prices?
Not reliably. Its public line-pricing interface returns figures that read as demo-style data, and its freight-quote endpoint fails on every test. Does Tomebuy have an official video channel?
No verified one. There is no YouTube, TikTok or other social account linked anywhere on tomebuy.com; the footer's only “follow us” element is an email icon.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong with an order?

Can I combine several items into one parcel?
Yes, and Tomebuy's own help centre actively recommends it: combining reduces how many separate first-weight charges you pay. The Tools page has a calculator built on Tomebuy's own combined-versus-separate example.
What happens if a parcel I never ordered shows up in my account?
Tomebuy calls this a signed-for parcel with no matching order, and gives it a shorter 60-day clock from the signed-for date rather than the usual storage clock, since there is no order to notify a specific buyer about it.
Will Tomebuy ship counterfeit or imitation items?
No. Its Anti-counterfeiting Policy and Prohibited Items Statement both state that purchasing counterfeit or imitation branded goods is prohibited, and any parcel judged counterfeit at the border is the recipient's risk and loss, not Tomebuy's.
Does Tomebuy test electronics before shipping?
No. Inspection for electronics covers visible condition only; items are not powered on or function-tested before storage or shipping.
What buyers report elsewhere
We checked Reddit, YouTube and TikTok for independent reports of ordering through Tomebuy and did not find an official Tomebuy channel on any of them, which matches what its own footer shows. That does not mean no one has written about Tomebuy; it means there is nothing we could verify as coming from Tomebuy itself.
